Ms. Karlin has close to 30 years of professional experience and is a pioneer in the specialized practice of Shadow Coaching . For the past 13 years, she has been the President of A Better Perspective, working with a diverse range of clients from global political, government, corporate and business leaders to medical professionals and creatives, helping leaders figure out how to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
In 2004, Ms. Karlin completed her post graduate certification in Organizational Psychology with a focus in Executive Coaching at the Professional School of Psychology. She is past President and current Dean of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations. She is a member in good standing with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a founding member at the Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA), an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and founding member of the International Association of Coaching (IAC). She is founder and principal of the School of Shadow Coaching, a training recognized and accredited by the International Coach Federation.
She volunteers in her spare time with Ronald McDonald House Charities and Muscular Dystrophy causes. In the future, Donna intends to enjoy continued professional growth
