Ms. Lustig has 32 years of overall professional experience. Her responsibilities at Human Care Services include overseeing all of the organization's services and administration, ensuring the efficiency, quality and competency of service delivery, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Also a licensed social worker, she continues to practice psychotherapy and also works as a consultant for nonprofit organizations who seek her expertise. Ms. Lustig completed postgraduate coursework in nonprofit management at Columbia Business School, and received a Master of Social Work at Yeshiva University.
Human Care Services for Families and Children, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency that provides a full range of services to individuals with disabilities. Established in 1997 as a small grassroots organization with the intent to bring more services to more families, it has since grown to serve hundreds of individuals and families in Brooklyn.
