She received the Residential Real Estate Rookie of the Year Award in 2003 from Century 21 Real Estate LLC.
In 2006, Ms. Stevens earned a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified distressed property expert, licensed broker and licensed real estate agent.
