With 15 years of industry experience, Ms. Posey has worked as a Portfolio Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, a pharmaceutical firm, for three years. During her career, she has acquired an expertise in quality assurance management and project execution. In her position, she is responsible for developing information technology portfolio projects, as well as forecasting and analyzing procedures. In 1992, Ms. Posey received a Master of Business Administration in information systems from Oklahoma City University. Certified by the Human Performance Technology, she has earned a certification in computer systems quality assurance. She has completed training in quality assurance, charge and technology portfolio management, and systems integration. In the near future, Ms. Posey intends to progress to a management position within project/portfolio management industry.
