Leia Lynch-Williams Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Leia Lynch-Williams specializes in the Vinyasa flow style of yoga
MEMPHIS, TN, December 9, 2010 /Women in Business PR News/ -- Leia Lynch-Williams, President and Owner of LIMANCE, LLC dba Nirvana Yoga dba Biometrics OM, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.
With five years of professional experience, Ms. Lynch-Williams attributes her success to her abilities to trust her instincts. She teaches yoga and Pilates, at multiple locations including the Bartlett Senior Center, Lausanne Collegiate School, the University of Memphis, local health clubs and her private studio. Prior to her current position, she worked for IBM. When she attended her first yoga class, that class was the beginning of a positive life change for her.
Ms. Lynch-Williams also sings tenor in her church, and is the only female tenor in her capella church choir. She goes out on Sundays with a volunteer group to help fix people's houses, give them a new roof, clear yards, or help them with whatever needs to be done. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and The Difference.
In 1996, Ms. Lynch-Williams received a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Wake Forest University. She received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Southern California. Additionally, she holds certifications of 200 E-RYT Yoga Alliance, 200 RYT YogaFit, Powder Blue PiYo, FitTour Pilates, SSI Nitrox Diver and PADI Open Water Diver.
