Her experience includes assisting senior Naval officials, business owners, key executives, and entrepreneurs with diversity and inclusion, productivity, workforce development, employee solutions and more.
During her educational career, Treste earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Strayer University. She is a radio personality who is interviewed on a show called called Up Close and Personal out of Miami, Florida. Her success stems from the values and services she learned in her many years serving the country in the United States Navy. Treste has a passion for diversity and the creating the environment where all employees, including leaders, business owners, executives, can thrive and reach their full potential.
