Since then, Ms. Bierman has been a partner and the chief executive officer of Aspire Consulting LLC, a company that specializes in management.
She attributes her success to her hard work and interpersonal communication skills. In 1994, Ms. Bierman earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics, from Western Maryland College, which is now McDaniel College. She is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, and volunteers for the Day End Farm Horse Rescue. Ms. Bierman hopes to experience continued growth within her profession.
