About the Speaker, T.Rose Roane
Believing that there are five major areas of wellness that people seek in their quest for balance (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and financial), T.Rose has made her life's work an unwavering quest to find those balances and to take others with her on that journey. Financial Pathways is a natural extension of that path from her previous business as a gym owner. "Physical wellness and financial wellness are part of the same body of wholeness," T.Rose explains. T.Rose earned licenses in financial planning and opened Financial Pathways in 2005 helping families and business owners reduce stress, increase money supply and create lasting wealth.
Her experience as an owner/operator of a small business gives T.Rose the unique ability to address the financial concerns of the business owner. She has an extensive background in business administration including former owner of the first Contours Express fitness franchise in the Ann Arbor area, where she was also corporate trainer, traveling across the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and the Middle East as a business consultant. Her work history also includes Administrator at the University of Michigan and Executive Director of a non-profit organization.
T.Rose is an active member of the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Regional Chamber, Women Making Connections, and Women Business Owners of Southeast Michigan (WBO), where she served as president in 2008. T.Rose earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Guidance and Counseling from Eastern Michigan University.
