During her educational career, she earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Miguelde Montreal in 2009, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Montreal University in 1997, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Law from the University of Quebec in 1994. Isabelle is a member of ASIS International.
