Established in 1985, Pellegrini's Seafood Restaurant is a waterfront eating establishment which serves simple, unpretentious seafood at commendably low prices. It is the only true waterfront restaurant in Balmain and it holds up to 140 people. Pellegrini's offers a full dining menu, catering for weddings, hosting of special events and a-la-carte.
Alice is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. She is an expert in all types of food. During her educational career, she earned a Real Estate License. In the time away from her busy schedule, Alice greatly enjoys gardening and theatre.
