As President of AEC Consulting, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Darcy has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication required to be successful in the business world.
AEC Consulting is a company which provides human resource consulting services to clients nationwide, including recruiting, employee assessments, employee relations, salary negotiations, benchmarking, succession planning, talent management, ATS implementation, salary review, retention, and college recruitment/intern programs. During her collegiate career, Darcy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Criminal Psychology from George Mason University.
