Fiona Charles has earned the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional entrepreneurial effort.

As Owner and Principal Consultant of Quality Intelligence, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Fiona has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Established in 2007, Quality Intelligence is a small independent business which provides consulting services in software testing and test management. The company offers a full range of test consulting services, planning each engagement with clients to focus on their management concerns and their organization's software project risks. Among the services they offer are test effort rescues; test capability/test project assessment; test capability enhancement; test management consulting and coaching; systems integration test consulting; and project/program test management.
Fiona formed Quality Intelligence after almost 13 years of working for IT services companies as a consultant and test manager on client projects. She has strong project management and risk management skills, along with a track record of successful test management and/or test consulting on many large projects for clients in diverse industries, including banking, financial services, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and healthcare.
During her collegiate career, Fiona earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Association for Software Testing and the Toronto Association for Systems and Software Quality, for which she served as a Board Member from 2004-2008. Fiona was also a member of the Shape Forum from 2001-2008, serving as a Volunteer Moderator in 2007. In addition, she was a member of the Core Team of the IBM Canada Test Community of Practice from 2003-2006.
