Helen C. Hansen has earned the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her outstanding effort in the human resources field.

Hansen has earned the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her outstanding effort in the human resources field. As a Transition Manager of Youth Services with Capricornia Training Company, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Helen has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Established in 1986, the Capricornia Training Company (CTC Apprentices) is Central Queensland's leading group training and employment company. They are a Registered Training Organization that is committed to ensuring that employment and training is delivered in a coordinated and professional manner to meet the needs of business and participants across a wide range of industries. Although they specialize in training toward apprenticeship and traineeship qualifications, they also provide customized corporate training, certification and assessments for prescribed occupations as required by the Workplace Health & Safety Act.

Helen is an accomplished, focused, management and organizational development professional with a track record for delivering high-quality human services; community services case management (youth homelessness and transitions); employee assistance counseling; corporate training; workforce development projects and initiatives. She has routinely exhibited the ability to foster team based cultures that consistently deliver exceptional results against challenging objectives in demanding environments.

During her collegiate career, Helen earned a Diploma in Business, Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, and a Diploma in Teaching from James Cook University. She is a member of the Queensland Youth Connections Network and the Aftercare Queensland Practitioner's Forum. Helen is also a Board Member of the Capricornia Community and Correctional Centre B.
