As Executive Director of KYC Consultancy Pty. Ltd. and KYC Trust, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Kim has consistently exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.
KYC Consultancy is an organization which provides professional consultancy and direct service provision services in the development of young people and communities as well as to youth and community sector services and departments. The organization's role is to contribute to the positive and inclusive development of young people within their communities by providing holistic service provision using innovative and creative engagement and development methods and tools.
KYC Trust, which is under the trustee of KYC Consultancy PTY LTD as a supported but separate entity, provides a range of nonprofit youth and family programs for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities of the Caboolture Shire and regionally as well as mainstream programs for young people across the Caboolture Shire and regionally. Programming is holistic with full case management and where appropriate engages other professionals to ensure that young people have their needs met across the range of issues that may be impacting on their lives and their ability to reach their full potential.
Kim is an accomplished professional in the community services and community development sectors using holistic practices towards sustainability and positive growth. She possesses extensive expertise in the provision of a range of training, programs and operational development assistance to share and learn in both urban and remote areas with the intention of expanding services overseas.
During her collegiate career, Kim earned tertiary qualifications across youth community project management and human services management. She is a member of numerous steering committees and working parties that have a strong focus on positive community development and in the area of identifying gaps within service delivery and responsive strategic planning.
