BELMONT NORTH, NSW, AUSTRALIA, February 11, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Narelle Kelvin has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her outstanding effort in the Human Resources Industry. As Director of Metamorphic Training, as well as throughout her incredible 20 plus year career, Narelle has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Metamorphic Training is a company which provides a range of individualized, focused, performance based work place training programs that enhance the performance of staff for businesses. They offer courses in Communication Management; Staff Well-Being; Customer Service and Sales; and Business Effectiveness and Leadership. Metamorphic Training also offers personal counseling services and they are in the process of developing more courses.
Prior to establishing Metamorphic Training, Narelle served as a youth worker/foster mother, providing a home and care to over 30 displaced young people, equipping them with the skills they needed to embrace life. She also worked with hundreds of other young adults, training and influencing them in life challenges. In addition, Narelle developed and was the director of an innovative women's center in Kazakhstan. She then co-managed a local charity in Australia, dealing primarily with substance abuse addicts and their families.
Narelle has a unique perception and ability to train people in communication excellence that she has developed through her knowledge and experience in communicating across generations, cultures and within relationships. As a result of her international management experience, she is aware of the challenges we face as leaders in bringing a team together to function at its peak. Narelle is a qualified counselor and group facilitator who completed Frontline Management as well as undertaking her TAE40110 and she has a White Card for construction sites.
