The Deep Fryer Depot is an online retail store which carries a wide variety of fryers, from the counter top deep fryer and stove deep fryers to the outdoor propane turkey fryer and accessories. They carry all of the premium deep fryer brands, such as Bayou Classic, Brinkmann, Presto, DoLonghi, Hamilton Beach, and Masterbuilt. They have a fryer for any occasion as well as a selection of quality cast iron cookware, barbeque smokers, and tailgating supplies for sports enthusiasts.
Jenifer is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. She possesses extraordinary expertise in search engine optimization, marketing, networking, and promotions. Jenifer is currently in the process of starting a new website known as The Canning Jar, which is an online retail site dedicated to home food preservation; canning, pickling, jelly making, jerky making, food dehydrating and more.
Jenifer has been working in retail since she was 16 years old and had always been involved with horticulture. When she saw that industry falling apart she knew it was time for a change and her passion for cooking inspired her to start her own business. Jenifer shared her love of cooking with her two sons who are now both great cooks, one of which is currently pursuing a culinary career.
During her educational career, Jenifer earned an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences and Horticulture from the State University of New York in Farmingdale. She is a member of the International Dutch Oven Society, American Trucking Association and the Long Island chapter of the American Truck Historical Society.
