CHARLOTTE, NC, April 27, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Jayne E. Donovan has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her outstanding professional career. As a Director of Premier Field Engineering with the Microsoft Corporation for the past 16 years, Jayne has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Jayne is an expert computer programmer who is responsible for managing internet system support operations and customer support operations, as well as planning, defining and implementing global success criteria for interdepartmental goals. She has worked for Microsoft Corporation, Boeing, and several small contracting companies to NASA and the United States Army all in the field of computing and/or customer support.
Jayne's greatest personal accomplishment was in working to establish a global engineering support business for Microsoft's Premier Field Engineering group. She has also been extremely successful in the mentoring and professional development of talent and some of those she has guided have gone on to do great things for Microsoft.
During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama. Jayne is also an independent arts and crafts professional with exceptional skills as a silversmith. She is a member of Women In Technology. Jayne also enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering at family and women's shelters to help individuals develop better interviewing and professional image skills.
