As Executive Director of the Cantera Peninsula Project, as well as throughout her incredible 25 plus year career, Maria has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
The purpose of the Cantera Peninsula Project is to develop physical and social economics for the local community and geographic area of the Cantera Peninsula. Maria is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed and overseeing the area of administration and finance as well as ensuring the stability of jobs for engineers and contractors. During her collegiate career, she earned a Doctorate degree as well as a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Community Development from the University of Puerto Rico.
