Ms. Frase has a strong desire to support individuals in healing their physical, emotional and spiritual lives. She specializes in assisting people through those "Defining Moments" of change; when circumstances transpire that change your life forever, and you know there is no going back. She will guide you from where you were, to where you are and where you want to be. With this in mind, she wholeheartedly coaches her clients with her trademarked Sacred Bridging Therapy that she created and developed specifically for this reason. For the past 20 years, she has devoted her career to assisting people in discovering their innermost selves. She administers coaching and psychological methods of healing, provides integrated body work, sound and vibrational therapies, breath work, guided meditation, and spiritual counseling are all part of the Sacred Bridging Therapy. Formally, Ms. Frase served as a host of an international holistic radio workshop show, which she developed, called "Sacred Bridging Healing Conversations", now available on her website. For nearly 2 years, she was responsible for writing a weekly one-hour radio workshop, as well as marketing her show, finding sponsors, and writing and producing her sponsors' commercial spots. Ms. Frase previously worked in the retail and wholesale fashion industry in New York City, and owned her own wholesale clothing business for 20 years. She attributes her career success to her ability to fully and passionately commit herself to whatever she opens her heart to, with a blend of patience, caring, tenacity and purpose.
Ms. Frase earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 1975. She developed and trademarked her own healing modality, Sacred Bridging Therapy and is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Equine Therapist. She also holds certification as a Polarity Therapist, RYSE Therapist and teacher, as well as an Energy Awareness Counselor, and Unlimited Body Practitioner. She was also certified by Eric Pearl, as a Reconnective Healing Practitioner , and she studied 3 years with a Navajo shaman, who honored her with his sacred teachings. In addition to her service as a motivational and inspirational teacher and healer, Ms. Frase is also a writer. She contributed a chapter, "My Defining Moment," for an e-book called "Divine Inspirations: Stories of Awakening & Empowerment by Everyday Lightworkers" with The Weeping Angel Foundation.
