After turning her love for travel into a career, Ms. Robinson was led to her present position as the president of her own travel agency. Her desire is to provide her customers with the most enjoyable vacations they can imagine. Her expertise is in the arrangement of travel packages including romantic getaways, destination weddings and honeymoons. When organizing vacation packages, she offers her clients a full range of services that encompass flights, hotels and car rentals. She also educates clients on cruises and all-inclusive resort packages for singles, couples and groups. Providing vacations for U.S. residents to both domestic and Caribbean locations, Ms. Robinson hopes to expand her services and open a tour company in Jamaica.
In 1980, Ms. Robinson earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Trinity College and, in 1991, she earned a Master of Science in management and business from National-Louis University. A certified real estate appraiser, she is a member of the Cruise Lines International Association and an independent travel agent for The Outside Sales Support Network. She is also a board member and tutor for the Charles County Literacy Council. She credits her success to her drive and determination, which she learned from her father.
