Jane Kirsten Glasson has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her outstanding professional career.
SYDNEY, NSW, AUSTRALIA, June 16, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Jane Kirsten Glasson has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her outstanding professional career. As a corporate marketing and communications specialist, Jane has worked across a wide range of industries in a senior marketing capacity throughout her career including Entertainment, Arts, Retail and Destination Marketing; Sporting and as well as working within the not-for-profit, government and private sectors. Jane has worked within the international arena throughout Asia Pacific, specifically working within China, Hong Kong and Singapore markets, as well as some US exposure when working for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
She has worked with some of the world's most iconic brands including the Sydney Opera House, Las Vegas Sands Corporation properties including the Venetian Macau (a 10million square feet integrated resort), and ANZ Stadium (the Sydney 2000 Olympic Stadium - 87,000 capacity venue), all of these environments have been very dynamic & fast paced where Jane thrives with her results orientated style.
Currently, in her role as Commercial Products and Services Marketing and Communications Manager with the Roads and Traffic Authority, as well as throughout her brilliant career, Jane has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
The Roads and Traffic Authority is a New South Wales government agency responsible for major road infrastructure, licensing of drivers, tolling, and registration of motor vehicles. The RTA directly manages State roads and provides funding to local councils for regional and local roads. The agency is also responsible for improving road safety.
Jane has performed at an extraordinary level throughout her 13 year professional career. During her university career, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) from Charles Sturt University, she also learned Mandarin prior to moving to Asia to live and work. She is an active participant with many Marketing groups through LinkedIn including being a group member of the Australian Interactive Media Industry, Asia Digital Marketing, and the Australian Direct Marketing group. Jane has many personal interests including most sports, travelling and cooking as well as being a member of the ANZ Stadium Club and Palm Beach Surf Club.
