Ms. St. Clair's primary goal within The Dow Chemical Company is reaching the company's 2015 Sustainability Goals, with primary focus on the Local Protection of Human Health and the Environment goals. She has been leading Dow's safety culture initiative, "Drive to Zero" which produces safety programs and promotional materials for global use. She has more than 27 years experience in the petrochemical industry, with a wealth of knowledge in the field of human health and environmental safety.
Ms. St. Clair received a bachelor's degree in business information systems from the University of Phoenix in 1999. In addition, she became a Certified Safety Professional through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2004. She previously acquired the designation of Occupational Health and Safety Technologist, also through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 1994. She is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, and also a member of American MENSA. In five year, Ms. St. Clair intends to retire and consult within the petrochemical industry.
