Margot originally joined the company as a Companion in 1986. She continued working as a Home Healthcare Aide while receiving her education in nursing, eventually taking over the company. During her collegiate career, Margot earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Victoria. She is also a Certified Geriatric Nurse.
